The Town Administrator's Office is responsible for ensuring that the town is being responsive to the needs of its customers, the citizens. This is accomplished by implementing Board of Town Commissioners policy, responding to citizen inquiries and concerns, exercising fiduciary prudence with town monies, planning for the town's future and communicating to the public what is being done.
The Town Administrator, Edward Hopkins, serves at the pleasure of the Board of Town Commissioners. The Town Administrator directs and supervises all departments and is the town's Chief Executive Officer and serves in the capacity of Treasurer.
