Sister City: Narva, Estonia

On April 2nd, 2014, The Town of Bel Air and the city of Narva joined together via Skype to sign the Sister City Agreement.  The Town Commissioners have deemed that June 4th will be designated as Narva Day.  Join us in the celebration with our Sister City Narva!
