Gavin is a lifelong resident of the Town of Bel Air, having grown up on East Broadway. Gavin attended Bel Air Elementary, Bel Air Middle, Bel Air High, Harford Community College, and graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in Computer Science. Gavin is now employed as a software developer for a defense contractor in Aberdeen.
